All
heating,electricity, bed linen and towels are provided
free of charge. The cottage will be available at 4 o’clock
on the Saturday afternoon until 10 o’clock the following
Saturday morning.
We can sometimes
offer short breaks for a minimum of 3 nights. Please
contact us to discuss availability.These are only arranged
if you are wishing to visit within the next two months.
A discount may be given for 2 persons sharing a room.
A
non-refundable deposit of £60 per week is required when giving written confirmation
of a booking. The balance is then due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking
is in less than 30 days the full amount is required on confirmation. A receipt
and directions to Dunrovin will be sent when the balance is received. Please make
cheques payable to Dunrovin Holiday Cottage.
Any
cancellation made by the visitor for whatever reason should be in writing to the
owner. On receipt of notice of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let
the cottage for the period of the booking. If the cottage is re-let for the whole
period all monies paid will be refunded less an administration charge of £40
per week booked. If we are unable to re-let the cottage at all then all monies
paid by the visitor are forfeit to the owner. For this reason cancellation insurance
is strongly recommended.
